We’ve added Hatch Chiles and tomatillos to a traditional Tortilla soup to create a velvety smooth soup with a great Hatch Chile flavor and subtle hint of lime and fresh cilantro. This soup is a perfect match for shredded chicken, Gulf shrimp, shredded pulled pork, browned ground turkey, plus white beans & corn.

We love this soup because it's light, refreshing, and versatile. Just warm it up, and voila, you've got a bowl of hatch chile goodness! Half the fun is in the toppings - we think it goes best with some cilantro, sour cream, and tortilla strips sprinkled on top, but play around and find your perfect combo. Enjoy!
