HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO USE?

In most formulations the usage rate is  0.1-2%.

Soluble in boiling water (80 C ). Stir until dissolved.

In emulsions, add to the hot water phase.

Caffeine crystallises in alkaline solutions so make sure to formulate in acidic conditions <5.5.
